HOW THESE PHOTOS TURN OUT IS SO IMPORTANT TO US - THEY ARE YOUR MEMORIES & WE WANT THEM TO BE PERFECT!

NOPE! WE WANT YOUR EVENT TO BE AS FLAWLESS AS YOU DO, WE WILL BE THERE WITH THE OTHER VENDORS GETTING SET UP PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT & JUST HAVE THE BOOTH OPEN FOR THE HOURS YOU CHOOSE. WE WANT TO BE A PART OF THAT "WOW" EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR GUESTS AS THEY WALK UP & SEE THE BEAUTIFUL EVENT YOU PUT TOGETHER!

All of our payments are split into two:

A non-refundable retainer of 20% is due upon booking & signing the proposal [this payment secures your date & goes towards your total amount due]

The remaining final balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

WE WILL CHECK WITH YOUR VENUE TO MAKE SURE THERE IS A PERFECT SPOT FOR liberty, TYPICALLY A 20X20 SPACE WILL DO. WE WILL NEED ACCESS TO A POWER OUTLET BY EXTENSION CORD. IF NO POWER ACCESS IS AVAILABLE, WE CAN MAKE IT WORK WITH A GENERATOR!
